We are a stucco contractor working in Port St. Lucie and across the Treasure Coast. Repair, restucco, and new stucco on block and frame buildings.

What we do

Stucco, start to finish. Crack repair and patching, hollow and delaminated stucco cut out and rebuilt, full restucco and re-coats, texture matching, and new stucco on additions and new construction.

We work on concrete block and on frame walls with lath, which covers nearly everything built in this area. We also look at EIFS and synthetic stucco walls and will tell you plainly what system you have and what it needs.

How we quote

Someone comes out and looks at the actual wall. We sound the surface for hollow spots, read the crack pattern, check the substrate, and look at the details that usually cause the problem, like window heads, roof-to-wall transitions, and grade at the base of the wall.

Then you get a free written quote. It says what we are doing, what materials we are using, and what it costs. If a patch is the right call, we quote a patch. If the wall is past patching, we say so instead of selling you the cheaper fix twice.

How we work on your property

Stucco work is messy. Cutting out failed material makes dust, and mixing and applying makes debris. That is our problem to manage, not yours.

We cover and protect what is near the work, keep the site tidy while the job is running, and haul everything off when we are done. We show up when we say we will, and if weather moves a day, you hear it from us rather than finding out by looking at an empty driveway.

Materials and method

We use cement-based stucco systems and follow the coat sequence and cure time the material actually calls for. Most premature cracking on new work traces back to rushing that sequence or letting a wall dry too fast in the sun.

Details matter more than product names. Control joints where they belong, mesh or lath where the substrate calls for it, proper prep so a coating bonds instead of peeling, and coatings applied only over a surface that is sound and dry. We are licensed and insured, and we will give you the specifics for your job in writing.
